Stir Fry!

Since I don't feel like writing about anything serious let's discuss having stir-fry for dinner and how this has become one of my favorite meals! It wasn't too terribly long ago that it would be difficult to find a fresh veggie in my house. Now there are veggies galore around here. We found a new produce market this weekend and stocked up. One of my favorite things to do when I have lots of veggies around is a nice big stir fry. Tonight's rainbow dinner included green, yellow and red peppers, onions, garlic, carrots, broccoli, water chesnuts, chicken and a lil left over steak...that was mostly in hubby's along with mushrooms (that's one thing that won't cross my lips). I steam the veggies in a lil water and then add a mist of olive oil and some Thai sauce. There was one other major thing in the previous statement....Hubby ate a healthy dinner with me!!! Go Hubs! Let's keep it up! Cause I like pics, here you go....

We just sat down to din-din when my dear friend, Dena, called so I chatted with her for a moment while Hubs snapped a pic of me. Don't mind the post- work, post-workout, worn out look...let's focus on the fact that I appear to only have ONE chin!
